The minimum roof top snow removal charge for each address is $350.00. This $350.00 includes the
following:
• Fuel and trip charge to property address needing snow removal.
• Holland installers use of snow removal equipment.
• 3 man hours of labor for roof top snow removal
Each man hour after the first 3 man hours will be billed at $95.00 per man hour.
(Example: A crew of three men arrive at the property at 1:00 pm and work until 2:30 pm
This is a total of 4.5 man hours. The first 3 hours are covered under the minimum charge and the next 1.5
man hours are billed at $95.00 per hour. The total bill would be $492.50). Payment is due immediately
upon completion.
Roof top snow removal does not include snow removal from the grounds. The Holland Roofing crew will
do their best to remove snow from entry / exit paths and from around gas meters. They will not remove
snow from the driveway or other areas surrounding the property. The owners of the property may contact a
snow removal company to remove snow from the grounds. Because of the hazards involved in roof top
work, the rates are much higher than the average ground snow removal company.
There are no warranties expressed or implied concerning snow or ice removal. Excessive ice build up,
also known as glaciation, is a result of heat loss from the interior. In most cases, additional insulation
will help prevent ice build-up. Snow and ice removal is a temporary fix, intended to lesson the snow load
on the roof and decrease the formation of icicles and ice damns on the roof. Ice can be destructive and
may cause damage to the roof or building. Any damages from snow loads or ice build-up, or the removal
