Michelle is a 4th generation Alaskan who has been in the roofing industry for over 20 years. Her attention to detail and keen business skills have led to Holland Roofing’s success for nearly two decades. Her interests are business, ballroom dancing, and running. She is on the board of the Alaska General Contractors and is a proud supporter of the construction industry in Alaska.

Josh Holland
Vice President CEO

Josh has been in the roofing industry for over 25 years. His strong work ethic and motivation has been crucial to Holland Roofing’s success. He focuses on job safely, while providing quality products and exceptional workmanship. He is a graduate from Service High School. His interests include running, sports, his family, and the growth and advancement of the Holland Roofing team.

Reuben Holland
Vice President Anchorage Sales

Reuben has been in the roofing industry for over 20 years. His leadership skills and organization of each project allows for great results. He has a reputation for getting a job done right, every time. Reuben’s focus is on excellence and safety along with long-term results. His interests include charity work, downhill skiing, and his family.
